What is ICF?

ICF stands for Insulated Concrete Forms. It's a construction technique that involves using interlocking modular units made of foam insulation to create the formwork for reinforced concrete walls. These forms are stacked together, reinforced with steel bars, and then filled with concrete to create solid walls.
